“Brimming”, Presently
• A colloaboration on the Poetry of Kwame Dawes inspired by the visual art of Brian Rutenberg. Funded by the South Carolina Poetry Initiative.
“Wisteria”, Presently
• A performing ensemble formed by composer Kevin Simmonds that is presenting the recently publish book of poems, “Wisteria” by poet Kwame Dawes set to music. The ensemble is currently has performed in Columbia, SC; Sumter, SC; Charleston, SC; Manchester, UK; and London,UK.
Open Dream Ensemble, Fall, 2005
• An artist residency program focused on arts-in -education in the public schools and collaborative performing art. Funded and supported by the Kenan Institute for the Arts and The North Carolina School for the Arts.
“Returning” May, 2005
• A performance art instillation by artist/NCSA alumni Elizabeth Sargent set go up in May, 2005 in NYC.
“Aesthetics”, 2001
• A performance art instillation at NCSA whose chief aim was to build collaboration between the different art areas at the school.
